The initial meet point if you decided not to goto the Game Dev. Conference is in the Inner Harbor.
We will be right next to the Urban Outfitters, expect to meet there around 1-2pm, heres a map:
After some mingling around that area, we will move on to ESPN Zone for food and such around 5pm, beyond that the plan should be open and we will play it by ear.
